Ce vei face?

  • Analizezi cerințele de business și propui îmbunătățiri pe baza nevoilor interne.
  • Transmiți specificații echipelor de dezvoltare și colaborezi strâns cu acestea pentru a asigura coerența soluțiilor.
  • Prioritizezi și gestionezi bug-uri și change request-uri.
  • Realizezi testări funcționale și coordonezi UAT-ul.
  • Identifici procese care pot fi automatizate cu AI și construiești prototipuri (PoC) pentru inițiative AI.
  • Utilizezi tool-uri AI (generative/predictive) pentru:
  • extragerea de insight-uri din date,
  • automatizarea scenariilor de test,
  • validarea logicii aplicațiilor.
  • Creezi documentație completă: fluxuri, backlog-uri, cerințe funcționale și non-funcționale.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare în domeniul tehnic, economic sau IT.
  • Minimum 3 ani experiență ca Business Analyst (ideal în proiecte digitale/IT sau data management).
  • Experiența în industria asigurărilor reprezintă un avantaj.
  • Experiență în utilizarea sau implementarea de soluții AI (machine learning, NLP, RPA cu AI).
  • Cunoștințe practice de lucru cu
    Google Vertex AI Workbench și Vertex Pipelines
    – constituie un avantaj.
  • Experiență în testare funcțională; avantaj: testare automată sau AI-driven.
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare, documentare și prezentare.
  • Gândire analitică, orientare spre soluții și înțelegere a impactului în business.
