In acest rol, vei analiza procesele si vei identifica oportunitati de imbunatatire in cadrul organizatiei, avand un impact direct asupra eficientei si performantei echipelor. Vei colabora strans cu stakeholderii pentru a intelege cerintele si a propune solutii inovative, axandu-te pe reducerea timpului si erorilor in proiectele desfasurate. Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Business Analyst este in intervalul de lei brut si lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

Despre job

  • Definesti specificatiile functionale: Vei fi responsabil(a) de crearea cerintelor pentru proiectele care implica dezvoltari in sistemele informatice, asigurandu-te ca totul este clar si bine inteles de toata echipa;
  • Lucrezi indeaproape cu ownerii de aplicatii, echipa de IT si furnizorii externi pentru a gasi cele mai bune solutii de implementare, pentru a livra proiecte de succes;
  • Esti membru in echipe Scrum: Documentezi cerintele sub forma de epice si user stories, folosind tehnici de decompozitie pentru a face totul mai usor de implementat si mai clar pentru toata echipa;
  • Te asiguri ca cerintele din backlog sunt vizibile si clare, conducand sesiuni de Product Backlog Refinement pentru a prioritiza si clarifica sarcinile;
  • Lucrezi strans cu Product Owner-ul, reprezentandu-l in echipele Scrum si avand grija ca cerintele sa fie aliniate cu obiectivele business-ului;

Despre tine

  • Ai cel putin 2 ani de experienta ca Agile Business Analyst, cu implicare in proiecte IT complexe;
  • Lucrezi in domeniul bancar si detii cunostinte pe proiecte din aria de Internet & Mobile Banking;
  • Te descurci de minune cu MS Office, MS Visio, Jira si Confluence? Perfect, vei avea ocazia sa le folosesti zi de zi
  • Ai capacitatea de a comunica in limbaj atat business, cat si IT? Atunci vei aduce un aport valoros echipei
  • Esti o persoana proactiva, cu spirit de initiativa, care stie sa lucreze eficient in echipa? Vei contribui la succesul echipei prin colaborare si viziune
  • Esti absolvent(a) de studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul financiar-bancar sau IT si cunosti limba engleza la un nivel mediu-avansat.
