Purpose of the role

To keep digital operations efficient and reliable by managing reporting, driving affiliate performance, and ensuring smooth PPC execution through timely delivery of creatives and campaign coordination.

Role description

You will be the trusted person who ensures the smooth running of the daily digital operations. From keeping reports accurate and invoices on track, to driving affiliate results and coordinating with agencies for timely, in-full campaign execution — this role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic digital environment.

Here's what you will do:

Reporting

  • Update and maintain digital performance reports (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate, etc.) in Excel / Data Studio
  • Collect, centralize, and track invoices from partners and agencies
  • Keep files, documentation, and digital archives organized and up to date

Affiliate Management

Manage the affiliate channel end-to-end: partner onboarding, monitoring performance, ensuring accurate tracking, and maintaining communication with affiliates

PPC Support

  • Ensure all creatives are delivered in time and in full for campaigns
  • Communicate campaign details, materials, and updates to agencies
  • Provide operational support to ensure campaigns run smoothly

Campaign Coordination

Support communication campaigns: tracking briefs, validating visuals, coordinating execution with partner agencies

What we expect from you:


• 3 years experience in a digital / marketing / ecommerce administrative role


• Good Excel skills


• Basic understanding of PPC channels (Google, Meta) and affiliate campaigns


• Good organization, autonomy and attention to detail


• Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, customer orientation


• Team player, positive attitude, responsible and open minded


• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
