Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agent Engineer located in Bucharest. The Agent Engineer will be responsible for creating and implementing customer-facing agents, localizing support interactions, testing and deploying agents across various communication channels (chat, voice, and email). The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of customer support solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and implementing localization strategies
  • Skills in developing, testing, and deploying chatbots and voice agents
  • Experience with cross-channel communication platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
