Hacksaw Studios is a company that builds online games. Our games can be played both in social gaming and real money modes. We have a wide distribution and our games are played by millions of people every month by players all over the world.

We are currently looking to expand our team with a Junior Tech Support Agent to join our dynamic NOC/ Tech Support department.

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to our clients;
  • Troubleshoot software issues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues;
  • Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or specialized teams when needed.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support activities;
  • Be engaging with all customers with a positive and confident attitude;
  • Use available tools to look up, investigate, and research customer issues;
  • Use technical knowledge and probing skills to identify the symptoms and root causes of the customer's situation;
  • Accurately document all interactions into appropriate support systems and tools;
  • Be alert to pain points that impact customer satisfaction or agent effectiveness, including internal tools, systems, or process limitations, and be willing to share these with leadership members.
