Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Agentic AI Engineer
with deep expertise in Prompt Engineering to design, build, and optimize our enterprise-grade conversational AI platform. This role combines advanced prompt design and optimization with technical AI/ML implementation to create intelligent, scalable chatbot solutions that deliver exceptional business results through precisely crafted AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities

a.   AI System Development & Integration

Build and maintain the AI chat core
using multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Bing) with robust RAG implementation and intelligent orchestration

Integrate chat systems
with external platforms including CRM, ERP, Shopify/Shopware, and product/service databases

Develop sophisticated lead qualification logic
featuring dynamic scoring algorithms, adaptive questioning flows, and automated data extraction from web pages and system integrations

b.   Prompt Engineering & Model Optimization

Design and optimize sophisticated prompts
for diverse business scenarios including sales conversations, customer support, lead qualification, and product recommendations

Create comprehensive prompt template libraries ensuring consistent, brand-aligned responses across different conversation contexts and user personas

Implement dynamic prompt adaptation systems
that adjust messaging based on user behavior, conversation history, integration data, and real-time business rules

Develop advanced prompt chaining strategies
for complex multi-step conversations, decision trees, and conditional logic flows

Conduct systematic A/B testing
on prompt variations to optimize conversion rates, user satisfaction, and business outcomes

Fine-tune model responses
through iterative prompt refinement, few-shot learning examples, context optimization, and guardrail implementation

c.    System Reliability & Performance

Implement comprehensive error handling and fallback mechanisms
ensuring graceful degradation when models fail, including direct database queries and predefined response systems

Optimize for speed and scalability
through strategic caching, advanced indexing, vector database management, and cloud orchestration on Azure/AWS

Ensure robust security and compliance
protecting sensitive data according to GDPR requirements and implementing secure token management and PII protection

d.   User Experience & Collaboration

Design conversational UX flows
creating logical, engaging dialogue patterns that guide users toward desired business outcomes

Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams
to align voice, brand, tone, and messaging strategy across all conversational touchpoints

Partner with data teams
to implement comprehensive logging and extract conversation insights for predictive analytics and funnel optimization

3. 
Required Experience

Proven track record
building and deploying 1-2 enterprise chatbots (banking, e-commerce, SaaS) or multi-agent systems in production environments is a must

3-5 years of hands-on AI/NLP experience
with significant focus on prompt engineering and conversational AI optimization

Real-world LLM integration experience
connecting language models with databases and APIs in production settings (not just prototypes)

Extensive prompt engineering experience
including systematic testing, optimization, and measurable business impact improvement

Cloud deployment expertise
particularly with Azure, including cost optimization and performance tuning
