The primary focus is to effectively showcase Acrelec solutions and services internally and externally through a mix of product briefs, product updates, FAQs, internal websites, and training. This involves ensuring the documentation clearly presents the value and features of our products.

You will be the first contact for specific questions on Acrelec connected engineered systems. You will update all stakeholders via regular announcements and collaborate with product management on field inquiries. Furthermore, you will partner with product owners, subject matter experts, and developers to create and deliver technical and business content on Acrelec products. Our documentation suite includes user guides, installation guides, integration guides, API guides, use cases, FAQs, release notes, newsletters, and video tutorials.

A strong technology background is essential to understand the complexities of Acrelec Software architecture, along with excellent English skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • 4+ years of relevant business experience;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, authoring and publishing tools, and image editing tools;
  • Ability to develop and maintain user-friendly documentation that meets organizational standards;
  • Ability to work independently towards individual goals and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment, successfully balancing workloads and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely;
  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about documentation needs;
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, research, and strong communication skills desired.

Desired Requirements:

  • Knowledge of video-editing tools and techniques;
  • Good knowledge about Confluence, JIRA;
  • Understanding of CSS, HTML, and WordPress.
