Position: Salesforce Administrator & Project Manager

Location of the role: Cluj, Romania

We are seeking a
Salesforce Administrator
with 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and project management to join our international Revenue Operations team. Based in Cluj, you will actively collaborate with Sales and Marketing to manage their tickets, design process optimizations, and drive adoption. You will also support the project management of Salesforce initiatives, acting as both a problem solver and a proactive builder of scalable solutions.

In your role, you will make an impact by….

• Cross-functional collaboration:
  Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other business units to capture requirements, raise and resolve tickets, and optimize Salesforce usage.
• System administration:
  Managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls to ensure alignment with business policies.
• Automation and flows:
  Designing, building, and maintaining scalable automations using Salesforce Flow; ensure process efficiency and system stability.
• Project support:
  Assisting in planning and execution of Salesforce-related projects; coordinate between stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
• Reporting and insights:
  Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Continuous improvement:
  Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance Salesforce processes, reduce manual work, and improve user experience.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

• Experience:
  3–5 years of Salesforce administration and project management experience, ideally with Sales Cloud.
• Certification:
  Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) required; Salesforce Consultant certification is a plus.
• Technical skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks (users, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows).
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
• Familiarity with Data Loader and system integrations.
• Collaboration:
  Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project management:
  Ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and support delivery in an agile environment.
• Communication:
  Strong English verbal and written skills; able to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

You are ideally someone who has…

• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds, hubspot, and adjacent tool-stacks.
• Ability to independently scope small-to-medium Salesforce enhancements and deliver them end-to-end
