We're looking for a proactive and passionate Digital Marketing Intern to join our hive in Cluj-Napoca Our workplace policy is hybrid: you'll collaborate in person with the team at least 3 days a week while enjoying flexibility the rest of the time.

You will be a perfect match for our team if you:

  • Can use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (and ideally Figma) to design creative marketing materials
  • Are passionate about all things marketing: research, content writing, content optimization, social media, and analytics
  • Are curious about marketing automation and the latest digital trends
  • Have a keen eye for details and aesthetics
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and speaking
  • Bring an analytical, get-things-done attitude to problem solving
  • Have excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Have an interest in the software industry (bonus points)
  • Worked on interesting marketing projects (academic projects also count)

What you'll be working on:

  • Create and polish marketing presentations for internal and external use
  • Manage and grow Redbee's online presence (company accounts, branding assets)
  • Take ownership of Redbee's social media channels – from creating posts to tracking engagement
  • Support UI&UX-related marketing tasks such as preparing design assets, assisting with visual storytelling, etc
  • Help with day-to-day marketing activities: campaign research, content writing, and analytics reporting
