We're looking for a Strong Middle or Senior Marketing Generalist to join our team in Cluj-Napoca.

Your mission: drive user growth, build awareness, and scale B2C products into sustainable businesses that generate revenue.

This is a role for a hands-on marketer who wants more than just executing campaigns—you'll own the strategy end-to-end, experiment with channels, and turn bold ideas into measurable growth. If you thrive in building brands from the ground up and enjoy the challenge of making products stand out, we'd love to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and running a holistic B2C marketing strategy across digital channels to attract, engage, and retain users;
  • Experimenting with user acquisition tactics (social, content, performance, partnerships), optimizing what works and scaling it;
  • Defining and refining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new launches;
  • Tracking key metrics and analyzing campaign performance.

What we'll need:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in the B2C sector;
  • Experience marketing mobile applications;
  • Based in Cluj-Napoca and open to in-office work;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+);
  • Experience in developing holistic marketing strategies from scratch, designing and executing full-funnel campaigns;
  • Creativity, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with experimentation and fast iteration;
  • Ability to define and track marketing KPIs, analyze performance and present actionable insights. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or similar).
