We are looking for a
Commercial Manager
to join our Acquisition Department and drive the success of the team.

Language skills
– English at a minimum B2 level - we operate in a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinate a team of 4-5 buyers and oversee their activities.

Provide proximity management for the acquisition team.

Evaluate and supervise team members.

Ensure smooth task delegation and provide problem-solving support.

Analyze team results and report to top management.

Motivate the team and propose actions to achieve objectives and KPIs.
