We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Services and Collections Manager fluent in German and English to lead a high-performing team in Bucharest. What you will do

Who you are

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, collections, or team management, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Effective communicator with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
