In the role of
Production Manager
for
FrieslandCampina Targu-Mures Plant,
you will supervise the production process for Napolact brand and coordinate our direct production team. From this role you will organize and plan the production, ensuring a great working environment, for the team, implementing the legal requirements and acheiving the established KPI's. This role is based in Targu-Mures.

What We Ask
It would be great if you'd have:

• • 5 years production experience
• • 5 years experience in the food industry
• Experience in coordinating teams, with excellent people management skills
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus
• Fluency in English (is a must)
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, ability to work well under pressure
• Problem solving skills, action orientation and prioritization capacity
• Team player and bridge builder abilities
• Structured, well-organized, self-driven

Vacancy Description
What will our future colleague do from this role?

• Organizes and ensures the realization of the production program received from the planning department
• Continuously organizes, guides and controls the production processes in the sections;
• Respects the technological flow established for new products and those that are in manufacturing, achieving the manufacture of good quality products;
• Follows the observance of the norms of health and safety at work, emergencies and environment
• Ensures staff training, according to pre-established programs
• Technologically, prepares the staff training program
• Follows the fulfillment of production programs
• Make optimal use of production capacity
• Justify the costs of Production
• Respects the established monthly and annual expenditure budget
• Closely monitors losses in the technological process within normal limits and takes measures to reduce them continuously
• Closely monitors the ideal consumption of raw materials and materials.
• Ensures a professional work climate, promoting team spirit and company values within the coordinated team.
• It's a role model for the team, and an inspiring leader.
