Key Account Manager CNS - Iasi
.

YOUR ROLE

Your role will be to drive the business growth of Swixx Biopharma in the assigned territory by maximizing the access and usage of the CNS product portfolio. Strengthen long-term partnerships with strategic healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders on the market. Identify and drive opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value-added programs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

This will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with healthcare professional key accounts and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential future opinion leaders to promote the image of the organization and its products according to the rules applicable to the Company.
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed those objectives
  • Promote products and achieve promotion objectives for the assigned product portfolio in assigned territory
  • Implement the territorial promotion and marketing plan
  • Use multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of the integrated multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Develop detailed plans to influence the degree of awareness and sensitization towards the benefits of the promoted product. It includes planning and recording the visits in company CRM system in line with requested frequency of visits by segment of customers
  • Gather market data - continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information with in-field team, brand team and sales manager to achieve alignment, to anticipate environmental changes and challenges and to optimize brand strategy and its execution
  • Identify opportunities and barriers for the relevant and specific disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge
  • Carry out the promotion plan within the allocated territory and fulfill the promotion objectives agreed with the direct manager.

YOUR PROFILE

Education

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree with medical background (e.g. pharmacy, nurse, biology, medical doctor, etc.) or equivalency is required

Experience

  • At least 5 years of sales experience within CNS or other relevant therapeutic areas, including experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated strong sales performance and brand development
  • Experience in using digital channels in promotion
  • Demonstrated strong management of relationships with HCPs, prescribers, and other customers on individual and group level

Knowledge and expertise

  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes and relevant legislation, including regulatory requirements and standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical market ethical code, legislation, regulatory requirements, healthcare environment and competitive forces
  • Mastery of core sales principles and techniques
  • Experience with standard CRM systems used in pharma industry
  • Demonstrated in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge for the relevant therapeutic areas
  • Strong track of building ethical, compliant, and professional relationships with HCPs and external organizations
  • Demonstrated good planning and execution
  • Understanding of Swixx corporate culture and expectation
  • Fluent in national language
  • Very good command of English (functional usage)
  • Very good literacy of Microsoft Office applications
  • Clean driving license
