They operate throughout Germany, with its primary goal being to help clients achieve long-term success in a dynamic technological landscape. The company serves a wide range of clients, including large enterprises and organizations with complex IT needs and provides modern IT infrastructures and scalable cloud solutions, such as SAP and AI, customized to clients' requirements. Our customer operates as a dynamic IT service provider, supporting the digital transformation of the German economy.

Hybrid model of work: Typically 2 office days per week

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance 
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment or Shared Service Center 
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and HGB 
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system 
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus 
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high level of initiative 
  • Team player with intercultural competence

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the headquarters 
  • Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets 
  • Support global accounting processes of the Manage Now Group 
  • Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes within the Shared Service Center as well as within the Manage Now Group 
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations 
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, tax advisors, other departments)
