Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our incredible team and lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent, while shaping a compelling employer brand and employee experience.

Responsibilities
:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of staff, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of high-caliber talent;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build proactive sourcing strategies;
  • Manage recruitment KPIs and continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience;
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice;
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to amplify our EVP across social media, career platforms, and events;
  • Represent the company at job fairs, education events & partnerships and industry conferences;
  • Implement and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration and long-term engagement;
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention;
  • Partner with HR and leadership to implement programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, onboarding effectiveness, and engagement trends;
  • Use data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and demonstrate return on investment on talent initiatives.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment;
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or people management role;
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience best practices;
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR analytics tools;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills;
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people and culture;
  • Excellent command of English (business).
