Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our incredible team and lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent, while shaping a compelling employer brand and employee experience.
Responsibilities
:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of staff, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of high-caliber talent;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build proactive sourcing strategies;
- Manage recruitment KPIs and continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience;
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice;
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to amplify our EVP across social media, career platforms, and events;
- Represent the company at job fairs, education events & partnerships and industry conferences;
- Implement and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration and long-term engagement;
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention;
- Partner with HR and leadership to implement programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, onboarding effectiveness, and engagement trends;
- Use data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and demonstrate return on investment on talent initiatives.
Requirements
:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment;
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or people management role;
- Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience best practices;
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR analytics tools;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills;
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people and culture;
- Excellent command of English (business).
