Suntem in cautarea unui coleg / unei colege pentru pozitia Senior Accountant. Aceasta persoana va fi responsabila de contabilitatea furnizorilor (AP Accounts Payable), contabilitate generala (AO Accounts Operations) cu atributii privind activitatea de control documente si verificare conturi contabile, precum si de inregistrari contabile, reconciliere si raportare financiar-contabila.

Cum arata o zi obisnuita?

  • Gestionezi intrari documente / facturi si anexe in companie prin canale curente si SPV -E Factura.
  • Asiguri inchiderea corecta si la timp a facturilor parcate / blocate.
  • Oferi suport pentru inchiderea corecta si la timp a PO-urilor, clarifici inchidere diferente GR-IR.
  • Reconciliezi fise de cont furnizori.
  • Ai rol de Super User Accounts Payable (ridicare tichete spre aprobare corectii AP, blocat/deblocat documente in SAP, ERP plati in avans daca este cazul).
  • Ai rol de Super User Contabilitate in testari de proiecte SAP FI (specifice Accounting & Tax locale sau de business sau implementari de Grup).
  • Asiguri suport in postarea in termen a icoforms-urilor emise de Nestlé Romania partenerilor, indeplinirea obiectivului "right first time" (GL, CC, anexe, analiza contracte).
  • Urmaresti saptamanal indicatorii de activitate specifici AP, AO.
  • Contabilizezi si inregistrezi accrualsuri, provizioane, reclasificari, responsabil note contabile specifice privind tratamente statutare / IFRS: Contabilitatea Mijloacelor fixe, Stocurilor, Trezoreriei, Salarizare, Travel & expenses (Concur-SAP), Asigurari, Leasing, AR daca este cazul.
  • Esti responsabil/a de procesul de inchidere a perioadei contabile (lunar, trimestrial si anual) si verificarea activitatilor efectuate de colegii din shared service.
  • Esti responsabil/a de procesul de reconciliere a sub-registrelor în SAP.
  • Verifici si reconciliezi balanta lunara pe conturi contabile specifice.
  • Oferi sprijin in pregatirea raportarii Situatiilor Financiare statutare si a celor de grup conform Standardelor de Contabilitate Nestlé pe aria specifica de responsabilitate.
  • Esti responsabil/a pentru pregatirea raportarilor de BNR, Statistica, SAF-T, Transfer Price, APA, CBCR – Country by Country Report.
  • Asiguri pregatirea informatiilor cerute de auditori si alte organe de control.
  • Asiguri conformitate contabila si fiscala in procesele specifice si interactiunea cu restul departamentelor sau cu tertii.

  • Experienta de minim 3 ani intr-o pozitie similara
  • Studii universitare in Finante/Contabilitate
  • Cunostinte solide despre legislatia economico-financiara in vigoare, calificari CECCAR / ACCA
  • Experienta cu e-Factura si SAP
  • Abilitate de a prioritiza
  • Capacitate de a colabora cu diverse departamente
