Apply to find out more. About You: You are an experienced professional with a background in IT/software customer-facing roles. With a strong commercial mindset, you understand business performance drivers and can think both strategically and practically. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving problems creatively while maintaining efficiency. Adaptable and flexible, you work well both independently and as part of a high-performing team. Day-to-day, you will:
• Manage end-to-end scheduling of new customer projects (5-10 days in scope).
• Monitor project progress to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Identify and address any skills shortages in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Maintain regular customer contact to ensure a smooth handover to delivery. Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business needs and customer satisfaction.
