Responsabilitati principale:dezvolta permanent echipa de agenti coordonata, din punct de vedere numeric/calitativ, prin recrutare si dezvoltare; dezvolta portofoliul de asigurari atat prin implicarea membrilor echipei, cat si prin dezvoltarea portofoliului propriu de asigurari;raspunde de activitatea de vanzari, promovand produsele si serviciile oferite de Asirom, in concordanta cu strategia de vanzari a companiei, atat prin echipa de agenti coordonata, cat si direct; organizeaza, coordoneaza, monitorizeaza, evalueaza si este responsabil de activitatea de vanzari si rezultatele echipei de agenti coordonata.Cerinte: studii superioare/medii;cursuri de pregatire profesionala specifice, necesare ocuparii unei pozitii implicata direct in distributie de asigurari;experienta in activitatea de vanzare asigurari – minim 1 an; detinerea unei pozitii de coordonare echipa vanzari pentru cel putin 1 an prezinta un avantaj;cunostinte de legislatie in domeniul asigurarilor;cunostinte privind caracteristicile produselor de asigurari de viata/generale;bune cunostinte operare PC (pachetul MS Office);abilitati de planificare si organizare, de comunicare si relationare interpersonala;abilitati de negociere si prezentare;abilitati de coordonare echipa;orientare catre obtinere de rezultate;orientare catre client;integritate si etica;spirit antreprenorial;atitudine pozitiva: incredere in sine, proactivitate, tenacitate, perseverenta; ambitie si optimism;tinuta (mod de prezentare);permis de conducere categoria B – constituie avantaj.
