What you'll do

As a junior support engineer you will be responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to our customers. You will also help them with Daktela onboarding. This could be a great first step into an IT career, with plenty of opportunities for growth.You will be responsible for:

  • Technical consultations, customer support and Daktela implementations for new and existing customers in Romania and Bulgaria
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning
  • Daily cooperation with the Romanian country management and the central Support team
  • Active role in the development and implementation of Romanian and Bulgarian market strategies
  • Communicating customer feedback and requirements to the development team

Your experience and skills

  • A desire to learn new things
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Technical background
  • Telco experience, IT customer support an advantage
  • Experience with Linux operating system an advantage
  • Experience and understanding of VoIP and SIP an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • English at a communicative level
  • Working with AI tools, basic AI knowledge an advantage
