Customer Support Agent
to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Romanian speaking Customers.

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we're looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communicational skills.

Shifts:
Morning (6AM - 14PM), Afternoon (14PM - 22PM), night (22PM - 6AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service through online and phone support
  • Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different department
  • Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and request
  • Inform customers about deals and promotions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience is NOT required. We welcome highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn and commit to excellence
  • Proficient user of Romanian Language both spoken and write
  • Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
  • Curiosity and interest in digital products and application
  • Strong communication and organizational skill
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English is considered as a plus
