to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's strategic expansion and operational excellence.

This is a unique equity partnership opportunity with no capital contribution required. The firm has recently secured strategic partnerships in various locations with an international law firm and a leading law network.

The firm specializes in:

  • M&A & Corporate,

As a Partner, you will:

  • Structure and anchor the firm for sustainable growth and future expansion,
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including compliance, and client management,
  • Build and maintain your own client portfolio,
  • Work collaboratively with the Managing Partner to set strategic direction,
  • Create efficient systems that enable the firm to scale,
  • Share equally in decision-making on firm ownership, management, and profit distribution,
  • Establish a thriving practice environment where lawyers and clients succeed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience,
  • Proven track record,
  • Strong operational and management capabilities,
  • Established client relationships,
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for growth,
  • Excellent relationship management and business development skills.
