Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Database Administrator with experience working on NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB. You will help manage, maintain, and secure our data systems to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


• Set up and manage NoSQL databases, with a focus on MongoDB.


• Ensure data is regularly backed up and easily recoverable.


• Monitor database performance and resolve any issues.


• Keep data safe and secure by following best practices.


• Support other teams by making sure the data they need is available and well organized.


• Document processes and update database records.


• Stay up to date with new tools and improvements in NoSQL database technology.

Requirements:


• Previous experience as a Database Administrator.


• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, Couchbase, DynamoDB is a plus).


• General understanding of how databases work and how to keep them running efficiently.


• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Basic knowledge of data security and backup methods.


• Good communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.
