We're Hiring: Sales Consultant – Romanian Market

We are seeking a flexible, quick-thinking, and highly motivated person for our sales team who approaches challenges with creativity and determination. Proficiency in cold calling is particularly important to us, so you should already feel comfortable picking up the phone, creating opportunities, and driving conversations that lead to results. You are:

Excellent at communication (both spoken and written)

Fluent in Romanian, with advanced English

Confident, convincing, and highly motivated

Experienced in sales, resilient and result-oriented

Advanced user of IT (Windows, Google Workspace, Online Research)

Open-minded, positive and proactive

Familiar with construction industry terms (advantage)

What you'll do

Identify and reach out to new clients

Understand client needs and offer smart solutions

Close deals and exceed sales targets

Build long-term, trust-based client relationships

Deliver professional, solution-oriented customer support
