Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager based in Sibiu, Romania. The Front Desk Manager will oversee receptionist duties, manage reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
