Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bucharest for a
Legal Advisor specializing in renewable energy and project permitting
. The Legal Advisor will play a key role in supporting the
comprehensive development and permitting of photovoltaic park projects
, ensuring legal compliance throughout all project phases.

Daily responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents; managing regulatory and permitting workflows; and providing legal support related to
land acquisition, rights of use, urban planning, environmental approvals, grid connection, construction permits, and other authorizations required for project development
. The role also covers labor and employment law matters and general corporate legal support.

The Legal Advisor will work closely with internal technical, development, and project management teams, as well as with
local and national authorities, grid operators, consultants, and external legal partners
, to ensure the timely and compliant finalization of all permits and approvals necessary for project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Law, Legal Advice, and resolution of complex legal issues.
  • Proven experience in
    permitting, authorizations, and regulatory processes
    related to infrastructure, construction, or renewable energy projects.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of
    local and national regulatory frameworks
    , including urban planning, environmental, land, and construction-related legislation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is required; a Master's degree and/or prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and interact confidently with public authorities and external stakeholders.
