In Sales, Consulting and Engineering, you will be at the front line of helping customers realize the value of Oracle's AI solutions. Join us as a GenO Capacity Planning Engineer in our EMEA Technology Engineering Data Center Capacity Planning Team, based in Bucharest, Romania.

About the Role

As a Capacity Planning Engineer, you'll be at the center of how Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) grows. You'll monitor capacity across dozens of data centers, forecast demand, and help ensure customers have the compute, storage, and cloud resources they need, where and when they need them, to run their businesses on Oracle Cloud.

You'll collaborate across sales teams and cloud engineering teams- learning how large-scale infrastructure operates and developing the skills to make a measurable impact from day one.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Curiosity about cloud computing, data centers, and scalable systems.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable- able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
