Your challenge

A SAP PP Key User acts as a functional bridge between production operations and the SAP system, ensuring optimal use of the Production Planning (PP) module.This role combines technical understanding with operational insight to support, test, and improve SAP processes.

  • Handling system errors and production process disruptions
  • Ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration and communication
  • Validating workflows during testing phases (e.g., UAT)
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and training materials
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of master data
  • Managing limited access to system configurations
  • Balancing daily support tasks with project involvement (e.g., S/4HANA migration)
  • Training end-users and driving system adoption across team

Your Profile

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Solid understanding of SAP PP module functionalities and workflows
  • Experience with master data management: materials, BOMs, routings, work centers
  • Familiarity with basic SAP configuration tasks (e.g., planning parameters, order types)
  • Ability to perform UAT and validate system changes
  • Knowledge of integration points with logistics, planning, and production

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across departments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system functionalities
  • Attention to detail in documentation and testing
  • Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments

Experience

  • Previous experience in a production or planning environment using SAP
  • Participation in SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects (e.g., S/4HANA)
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users
