Required Competencies:

  • Technical: solid knowledge of technical drawings, mechanics, manufacturing processes, materials, and standards in the industrial field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production, R&D, quality, or industrial engineering (preferably in HVAC/R equipment or complex industrial products).
  • Previous experience in managing technical changes is an advantage.
  • Additional knowledge / skills: proficiency in English, strong communication skills and confident personality, analytical thinking, empathy and persuasiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of changes according to the technical state of the art and complained to all relevant internal standards and regulations.
  • Assessing opportunities and risks as well as evaluating potential impacts on serial products and production lines.
  • Technical change coordination manages the approval flow and implementation of design, material, or process changes in production.
  • Cross-department communication and coordination: acts as an interface between R&D, work preparation, production, quality, and logistics to ensure proper transfer of changes.
  • Technical documentation: ensure that the BOMs, technical drawings, work instructions, and procedures affected by changes are updated.
  • Production support: provides technical clarifications to operators and process engineers to prevent nonconformities.
  • Validation and testing : participate in the evaluation and testing of prototypes or pilot series, checking the impact of changes on production.
  • Data management: uses ERP/PLM systems to ensure traceability and proper implementation of changes.
  • Monitoring and reporting the progress of Product Changes.
  • Leading and documenting Change Tickets and maintaining the Dashboards on Microsoft TEAMS or PlanView Software.
