Pentru clientul nostru, companie care dezvolta si administreaza locuinte destinate exclusiv inchirierii, cautam un Rental Manager.

Responsabilitati:

  • Promoveaza si actualizeaza unitatile pe platformele online;
  • Contacteaza lead-urile, programeaza vizitele pentru chiriasi;
  • Actualizeaza zilnic baza de date si monitorizeaza conversia lead-urilor;
  • Gestioneaza contractele; explica si semneaza contractele cu chiriasii noi;
  • Instruieste chiriasii privind politicile, procedurile si folosirea dotarilor;
  • Contacteaza chiriasii pentru reinnoire sau plecare si colaboreaza cu Managerul de Mentenanta pentru inspectia si pregatirea apartamentului;
  • Asista in solutionarea problemelor ocazionale ale cladirii sau biroului si gestioneaza problemele aparute;
  • Instruieste agentii externi privind procedurile companiei, prezinta apartamentele si semneaza contractele conform procedurilor.

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare;
  • Minimum 3 ani experienta relevanta in domeniu;
  • Experienta in industria ospitalitatii, business development sau vanzari - reprezinta un avantaj;
  • Limba engleza – avansat;
  • Permis de conducere - reprezinta un avantaj;
  • Excelente abilitati de organizare, atentie la detalii, comunicare, persuasiune, negociere.
