Responsabilități:

  • Monitorizează constant scena politică și identifică rapid subiectele relevante ale zilei
  • Propune teme, direcții de analiză și unghiuri originale pentru materiale TV și articole
  • Evaluează informațiile, verifică acuratețea și decide prioritățile editorial-politice
  • Ghidează editorii juniori din redacție în realizarea materialelor: documentare, script, editare
  • Realizează analize, explicații și sinteze pentru publicul larg
  • Participă activ la ședințele de sumar și contribuie la planificarea editorială
  • Asigură coerența, obiectivitatea și calitatea jurnalistică a conținutului politic
  • Scrie și editează articole pentru site și contribuie la promovarea lor în Social Media
  • Menține relații profesionale cu instituții, actori politici și surse relevante

Cerinte:

  • Experiență dovedită în jurnalism politic (minimum 5 ani, preferabil în TV sau redacții naționale)
  • Studii superioare (Jurnalism, Științe Politice sau domenii conexe – avantaj important)
  • Înțelegere profundă a mecanismelor politice, instituțiilor statului și proceselor legislative
  • Excelente abilități de analiză, sinteză și interpretare a informațiilor complexe
  • Ușurință în a explica subiecte politice complicate într-un mod clar și accesibil
  • Capacitate de coordonare editorială și lucru cu echipe de reporteri
  • Rigoare, obiectivitate și atenție sporită la detalii
  • Cunoștințe solide de editare text, foto și video
  • Disponibilitate pentru program în ture și lucru într-un mediu dinamic
  • Persoană proactivă, organizată și capabilă să gestioneze situații presante
  • Adaptabilitate la ritmul rapid al ciclului de știri și la schimbările politice de moment
