Operations Manager
experimentat, pasionat de eficiență și organizare,
care să coordoneze echipele de proiectare, producție, logistică și montaj
. Vei avea un rol strategic în asigurarea funcționării optime a operațiunilor și în creșterea performanței companiei.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Coordonarea echipelor de proiectare, producție, logistică și montaj, cu prioritizarea proiectelor pentru rezultate optime.
  • Supravegherea producției și optimizarea proceselor pentru eficiență maximă a resurselor.
  • Monitorizarea logisticii și achizițiilor pentru a asigura disponibilitatea materialelor și respectarea termenelor.
  • Menținerea standardelor înalte de calitate și siguranță pe întreaga activitate operațională.
  • Dezvoltarea și motivarea echipei prin coaching, training și evaluări periodice.
  • Elaborarea rapoartelor și KPI-urilor operaționale, propunând soluții strategice pentru reducerea costurilor și creșterea performanței.

Candidatul ideal:

  • Experiență relevantă în management operațional și coordonarea mai multor departamente.
  • Abilități solide de leadership, planificare și organizare.
  • Orientare puternică spre rezultate și rezolvarea problemelor.
  • Experiență în bugetare și monitorizarea performanței operaționale.
