Warranty Manager

Property: SILK District - IASI / residential and office project

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Higher education in construction or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role
• Solid knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of project management software
• Client and solution-oriented
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure efficient management of warranties for construction projects, maintain client relationships, and coordinate technical teams to resolve issues during the warranty period.

• Manage and monitor warranty claims
• Coordinate technical teams for interventions and repairs
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Document and report issues and implemented solutions
• Collaborate with design and execution departments to prevent recurring problems
• Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations
• Adhere to and apply the company's internal procedures in all activities
