Responsabilități principale:

  • Dezvoltarea și implementarea strategiilor de brand pentru Panifcom și alte mărci din portofoliu;
  • Coordonarea campaniilor de marketing integrate (radio, digital, outdoor, in-store, BTL, evenimente);
  • Analiza tendințelor pieței, a consumatorilor și a concurenței, pentru a orienta strategiile de poziționare și creștere;
  • Colaborarea cu echipele de vânzări, producție și distribuție pentru susținerea obiectivelor comerciale;
  • Crearea și supervizarea materialelor promoționale, a ambalajelor și a activărilor la punctul de vânzare;
  • Gestionarea prezenței online și a activităților din social media (în colaborare cu agenții externe);
  • Monitorizarea performanței brandului prin KPI relevanți și propunerea de măsuri corective;
  • Gestionarea bugetului de marketing și relația cu agenții, furnizori media și parteneri externi;
  • Participarea activă în dezvoltarea portofoliului prin propuneri de inovație, produse noi sau repoziționări.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Minim 5 ani de experiență in marketing și vânzări (preferabil în FMCG / industria alimentară) și minim 3 ani într-o poziție manageriala (Brand Manager, Senior/Group Brand manager/Marketing Manager);
  • Abilități solide de planificare, organizare, negociere și time-management;
  • Capacitbtlatea de influență și colaborare eficientă interdepartamentală;
  • Studii superioare în Marketing, Comunicare, Business sau domenii conexe; cunostințe profesionale in lucrul cu aplicațiile Microsoft Office;
  • Gândire strategică, orientare spre rezultate și bune abilități de project management;
  • Creativitate și inițiativă, cu înțelegere solidă a consumatorului român și a pieței regionale;
  • Experiență în colaborarea cu agenții de publicitate, furnizori media și echipe interne multidisciplinare;
  • Cunoștințe de digital marketing și branding de produs;
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare, organizare și coordonare;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B (activități ocazionale de teren).
