We are seeking a Salesforce Analyst II to join our team and help drive the implementation, configuration, and adoption of our SaaS products within Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with business partners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on Salesforce experience, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow into a senior Business Analyst.

Your tasks will include

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Strong collaboration with Solution Architect team and cross-platform teams
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing activities.
• Support the development and rollout of new SaaS product features and enhancements.
• Provide user training, create documentation, and deliver support for Salesforce users.
• Assist with Salesforce integration projects and testing activities.
• Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to resolve system issues and support changes implementation.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an analyst or user role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience building reports, dashboards
• Understanding of Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce enhancements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and assess downstream effects on processes and systems.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plan creation, execution, and issue tracking.

Will be an advantage:

• Salesforce Business Analyst certificate
• Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations and AppExchange apps.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
