Customer Insights Analyst
to support strategic initiatives across Customer Engineering, PreSales, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in creating unified reporting and dashboards that bring together data from multiple sources (such as Salesforce, FinancialForce, Snowflake, and enterprise data warehouses). Your mission will be to help define operational models, performance metrics, and business requirements — translating them into clear, impactful dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, global BI stakeholders, and technical teams to align insights with business objectives and support cross-departmental goals like revenue growth, increased adoption, and operational efficiency.

This is a highly impactful role ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, business strategy, and technology.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and implement key performance metrics (KPIs), reports, and operational models with a cross-departmental mindset.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to support strategic decision-making and business visibility.
  • Extract, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple systems including Salesforce, FinancialForce, Snowflake, and enterprise data warehouses.
  • Translate business objectives into clear requirements and develop reporting solutions that address those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders, data teams, and global BI stakeholders to align insights with company goals.
  • Support process improvement and optimization initiatives across Customer Engineering, PreSales, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Communicate data-driven recommendations and strategic insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy consulting, preferably in a customer-centric or SaaS environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and strong hands-on experience with other BI tools and Excel.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Snowflake, and relational databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Background in business analysis, with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into functional data requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, quantitative reasoning, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • IT administration or Salesforce admin experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
