Job Description

At Dentstore, we're not looking for a conventional Marketing Manager.

We're looking for a marketing innovator — someone who sees technology as a creative partner and is excited about the power of automation and AI to completely transform the way we communicate, sell, and grow.

This is not a traditional execution-focused role. It's a challenge for someone who wants to build, test, optimize, and be part of a team scaling rapidly across multiple countries. You will be the architect of intelligent systems that combine strategy, data, and AI in a way that truly makes a difference.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):


• Lead a mixed team (social media, design, content, video) and help it operate like a well-coordinated unit.


• Build automated, personalized marketing campaigns that trigger based on customer behavior and the sales funnel.


• Take ownership of integrating AI into content workflows, lead generation, reporting, and customer support.


• Work with tools like HubSpot, Python, , Monday, Google Ads, Analytics, Relevance, etc. and be encouraged to suggest others.


• Continuously bring new ideas, test, learn, and scale what works. We fail fast and correct even faster.


• Collaborate with teams across Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, and Croatia to create coherent regional campaigns.
