Our department Business Development Support is now looking to recruit an assistant to work within the department. 
 
Responsibilities: 
Conduct ongoing research to uncover information on new and existing projects across a number of different channelsProvide the GOPA Group companies with standardized market information on upcoming projects and trendsInitial assessment of programming documents and extracting of useful information to be shared within the groupConducting research upon request on specific donors, countries and topicsProvide background information on specific projectsPreparing reports with strong attention to detail and ensuring data accuracyActively working and ensure compliance for all department's tools (SharePoint applications etc.)

Qualifications and profile

Recent graduate or entry level careerAbility to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunitiesAbility to analyze data, identify trends and structure the information in a comprehensive wayConfident handling of the common MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)Ability to think in processes and systems and an affinity for IT systemsProactive, outgoing and communicative personality and capacity for independent decision-making and taking initiativeConscientious and systematic way of workingFull proficiency in English and further language skills i.e. French, Spanish, German are a plusCompetencies 

Demonstrable strength to work reliably and accuratelyAbility to keep track of your tasks even under high work load and to meet tight deadlines Networking skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsIntegrity
