Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development activities across Blue Projects' offices
• Assist other country offices in establishing standardized operational and marketing processes
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning
• Represent Blue Projects at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Lead client engagement efforts, including capability presentations, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing
• Support proposal development and ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors, including lead generation and qualification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives

• Provide ongoing support to the Romanian offices across marketing and tender-related activities
• Assist other country offices in establishing standardized bidding and reporting processes
• Contribute to the development of data capture and analytics frameworks to support monthly reporting across all regions
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Enter and update information in digital platforms as required

Data & Reporting

• Design and implement cross-country data capture systems
• Support monthly reporting through structured analytics
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting formats and outputs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on tender administration
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Availability for local and occasional international travel
• Flexibility to meet client deadlines, including outside normal office hours
• Ability to facilitate decision-making in ambiguous situations
