The role

Equans is building it's first Romania-based ERP delivery hub as part of its global ERP Shared Line of Service (SLS) supporting SAP + Microsoft Dynamics across multiple countries and business units.

As ERP Delivery Hub Manager, you will lead the hub's setup and ongoing performance, owning service delivery governance, team leadership, and stakeholder alignment across a complex international ERP environment.

What you'll lead

You'll own the hub as a delivery unit - people, performance, and maturity.

Leadership & Delivery Ownership

  • Lead and grow the Romania ERP hub (organization design, hiring plan, onboarding, team structure)
  • Own end-to-end L2 ERP service delivery performance (quality, responsiveness, stability, customer satisfaction)
  • Establish operating rhythm: governance, reporting, KPIs, escalation paths, and service routines
  • Drive service transition & stabilization into the Romania hub (from other regions/providers)

Operational Governance

  • Ensure ITIL/ITSM alignment across Incident / Problem / Change / Release processes
  • Track and improve key metrics: SLA adherence, backlog health, root cause trends, recurring incidents
  • Manage escalations and executive-level priorities with calm, structured communication
  • Coordinate across platform teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors

Continuous Improvement

  • Build a culture of operational excellence: standardization, documentation, automation opportunities
  • Improve maturity of support operations over time (process, knowledge base, shift coverage, tooling)

What we're looking for

This role needs a confident delivery leader who can operate at management level: clear decision-making, stakeholder influence, and structured execution.

Must-haves

  • 5+ years experience managing teams in ERP support / AMS / service delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL and service governance in enterprise organizations
  • Experience driving or owning service transitions (moving support scope, building hubs, stabilizing delivery)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (global orgs, competing priorities, escalations)
  • ERP exposure: SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics (hands-on not required, but you must understand the domain)
  • Fluent French (spoken + written) is required
  • (You'll work directly with French-speaking stakeholders and teams.)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in shared services / global delivery models
  • ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool experience
  • Exposure to finance/supply chain/procurement ERP domains
  • Structured improvement mindset (Lean, operational excellence)
