We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our senior leadership in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and act as a trusted support to executives.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements and appointments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize internal and external client meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, working with travel agency when needed.
  • Planning and coordinating events, workshops and All Hands
  • Order and manage office supplies, raise PR and follow up the payment process
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support daily team operations

andbull; Can do attitude, focused on what the job needs not what is in the job description

andbull; Proven experience as a Team /Executive Assistant, between 3-5 years, ideally in IT or telecommunications.

andbull; Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

andbull; Excellent communication skills

andbull; Excellent organizational and time management skills

andbull; Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

andbull; A team player with a problem-solving mindset

andbull; Fluency in English (other language would be nice to have but not mandatory)
