Ce que nous recherchons
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(e) pour traiter les activités quotidiennes de notre service Ressources Humaines pour des salariés basés en France.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Traiter des différentes demandes administratives liées à la gestion de paie reçues via le système de Ticketing en respectant les délais de traitement (absences, régime de travail, promotion, télétravail, arrêts maladies, demandes d'informations etc)
  • Dans certaines situations être en contact avec les salariés via Teams/Mail en vue de traiter les demandes reçues
  • Organiser et tenir à jour les dossiers des salariés
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données internes
  • Gestion de la paie
  • S'assurer de la conformité des documents administratifs
  • Mettre à jour la documentation en cas d'évolution des procédures
  • Assurer un suivi de l'activité (bilans, tableaux de bord, ...)
  • Rester en contact avec l'équipe de soutien basée en France en vue d'apporter des solutions aux salariés
  • Faire de la qualification des demandes reçues en cas de besoin

Ce que vous devez savoir / avoir

  • Français – B2
  • Appétence pour le métier RH, avec un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse toujours à la recherche des solutions
  • Efficacité dans la réalisation des tâches journalières
  • Qualités relationnelles, écoute et support/accompagnement des salariés
  • Aisance relationnelle et en travail en équipe
  • Rigueur et autonomie dans l'exécution de vos tâches et vos modes de fonctionnement
  • De la réactivité et proactivité dans le traitement des dossiers en vue de résoudre les divers problèmes
  • Aptitude à la polyvalence et une envie de développer de nouvelles compétences
  • Respect de la gouvernance et des règlements en vigueur
  • Connaissances de base en Excel
