About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager
 to lead our new store in 
Romania
, with the potential to oversee more 
stores
 as the brand expands in the local market. This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines retail excellence with a strong sense of aesthetics and a love for jewelry.

You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and building a high-performing team. As our footprint grows, you will play a key role in ensuring the same high standards and brand consistency across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

·       Oversee day-to-day store operations, stock levels, and staff schedules.

·       Ensure the store is beautifully presented and follows Anna Maria Mazaraki's visual guidelines.

·       Monitor and maintain operational standards, safety procedures, and cleanliness.

Sales & Customer Experience

·       Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.

·       Drive store sales and meet performance KPIs (conversion, basket size, etc.).

·       Train the team on product knowledge, clienteling, and upselling techniques.

Team Leadership

·       Recruit, train, and motivate a passionate sales team.

·       Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

·       Create a positive team culture aligned with the values of Anna Maria Mazaraki.

Growth & Multi-Store Potential

·       Support expansion planning and help set up new stores in the region.

·       Ensure consistency and alignment across locations in terms of service, operations, and brand image.

·       Collaborate closely with regional and HQ teams to scale retail excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

· years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium/lifestyle retail (jewelry or fashion preferred).

·       Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop a team.

·       Strong sales mindset and experience in achieving KPIs.

·       Excellent communication in English and Romanian; Greek is a plus.

·       Availability to travel within Romania as needed.
