to join our team with strong expertise in infrastructure and to support and optimize our IT landscape. In this role you will ensure the reliability and performance of our collaboration tools, end-user devices, and databases, enabling smooth operations across our business

Meet our client:

Our client is a key player in the Romanian food industry, recognized for its market leadership and high-quality consumer goods. The organization's expansive operations, which include manufacturing and national distribution, require IT and data management solutions to maintain efficiency and market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments.
  • Manage end-user devices, primarily PCs with Windows OS, ensuring security, stability, and performance.
  • Support hardware lifecycle management (setup, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs).
  • Administer, monitor, and optimize MS SQL Server databases.
  • Perform database backups, recovery planning, and security management.
  • Support application teams with SQL queries, reporting, and integration tasks. General IT Support & Consulting
  • Act as a trusted advisor for management in IT field improvements and digitalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in a similar role with SQL
  • Proven hands-on experience with: Microsoft Teams & SharePoint administration
  • Windows OS (client-side) configuration and troubleshooting
  • Hardware (PCs, peripherals, network basics)
  • MS SQL Server database administration & SQL query development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
  • Experience with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, bakery production, or retail environments.
