What you'll do:

  • Review and process order confirmations according to guidelines;
  • Enter data in the ERP system (manually or via FIS add-on);
  • Support clarification of delivery and quantity differences;
  • Forward price deviations to the Lead Buyer;
  • Send reminders (email/phone) for missing confirmations or delayed deliveries;
  • Escalate open cases to the responsible buyer when needed;
  • Maintain correspondence with suppliers on routine issues;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.

What we're looking for:

  • University degree in economics, technical, or administrative fields – students or recent graduates welcome;
  • First experience via internships, student jobs, or part-time work in administration, supply chain, or procurement is a plus, but not mandatory;
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken);
  • English required; German is a plus;
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn.
