Rezumatul postului

Căutăm un profesionist dedicat, organizat și orientat spre rezultate, care să gestioneze activ atât activitățile de leasing, cât și asistența pentru chiriași în cadrul centrului comercial. Această persoană va fi un punct central de contact pentru chiriașii actuali si cei noi, va sprijini dezvoltarea relațiilor pe termen lung și va contribui la maximizarea ocupării spațiilor disponibile.

Responsabilități cheie

Leasing

  • Identificarea și atragerea de noi chiriași potriviți pentru mixul comercial al centrului;
  • Dezvoltarea și negocierea contractelor de închiriere, asigurând respectarea termenilor comerciali și legali;
  • Realizarea tururilor pentru potențialii chiriași și prezentarea spațiilor disponibile;
  • Analiza pieței și a tendințelor pentru a ajusta strategia de leasing;
  • Menținerea unei relații apropiate cu agenții imobiliari și potențialii chiriași pentru a genera oportunități de afaceri.

Asistență pentru chiriași

  • Oferirea de suport chiriașilor pe parcursul întregii lor experiențe, de la semnarea contractului până la operațiunile zilnice;
  • Gestionarea cererilor și problemelor chiriașilor, oferind soluții prompte și eficiente;
  • Comunicarea constantă cu chiriașii pentru a identifica și rezolva probleme operaționale, precum și pentru a sprijini implementarea activităților de marketing sau evenimente;
  • Coordonarea cerințelor tehnice și administrative între chiriași și echipa de management;
  • Organizarea de întâlniri periodice cu chiriașii pentru a analiza nevoile lor și a îmbunătăți relația contractuală.

Cerințe

  • Experiență anterioară de minim 2 ani în leasing comercial, management imobiliar sau relații cu clienții;
  • Abilități excelente de negociere și comunicare;
  • Orientare spre client și capacitate de a construi relații pe termen lung;
  • Cunoștințe solide în contractele de închiriere și reglementările relevante;
  • Capacitate de organizare și prioritizare a sarcinilor;
  • Flexibilitate și disponibilitate de a fi accesibil prin email și telefon în intervalul 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM;
  • Cunoștințe în utilizarea Microsoft Office; experiența cu sisteme CRM constituie un avantaj;
  • Permis de conducere (opțional, dar constituie un avantaj).
