Remarketing Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague to join Remarketing Team in the role of Remarketing Specialist , with permanent contract having the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing the documents needed for the sale of used cars and for the sale of the cars declared Total Damage.
• Responsible for preparing the vehicles for being posted on the Ayvens Carmarket website.
• Deals with transmission and invoicing of the costs of bringing to the standard state.
• Process the requests from Ayvens CAR.
• Manage activation and cancellation of accounts in Ayvens CAR.
• Send for approval offers from Ayvens Carmarket.
• Follows the collection of proforma invoices for the sales of SH cars.
• Perform monthly reports.
• Draw up the necessary documents to stop the payment of the monthly RCA premiums from the moment of closing the contract.
• Use Salesforce in the RMKT process.

Education, experience & competencies:

• Higher education finalized.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of auto or administrative .
• Experience in trading/assessment/management of SH vehicles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, focus on Excel .
• Team player, customer oriented and innovative.
