Responsabilitati:

  • Actioneaza ca un reprezentant al departamentului de resurse umane in restaurant, avand responsabilitati in procesele de recrutare, angajare si selectie lucratori comerciali
  • Participa la sesiunile de comunicare cu echipa, aduce informatii si clarificari privind politicile de resurse umane
  • Este pregatit sa raspunda solicitarilor angajatilor cu privire la clarificari pontaje, procesare zile concediu, adeverinta de munca etc.
  • Respecta si se ghideaza dupa regulamentul de ordine interioara
  • Este responsabil cu intocmirea si inregistrarea in termenele legale a contractelor de munca ale angajatilor, cu incetarea acestora in termenele legale si cu efectuarea modificarilor lunare privind statutul angajatilor in sistemul electronic intern de gestiune a resurselor umane
  • Menține evidenta dosarelor de personal, atat electronic cat si fizic, si a documentelor pe care trebuie sa le contina acestea
  • Organizeaza arhiva restaurantului si o preda firmei responsabile pentru arhivarea documentelor
  • Tine zilnic evidenta orelor angajatilor, a concediilor tuturor angajatilor (odihna, medicale, fara plata), a documentatiei privind abaterile disciplinare
  • Tine evidenta carnetelor de sanatate ale angajatilor si este responsabil cu planificarea si verificarea vizelor medicale

Candidatul ideal:

  • Studii medii finalizate
  • Experienta minim 6 luni pe o pozitie similara
  • Certificarea de Inspector Resurse Umane reprezinta un avantaj
  • Atitudine pozitiva si orientare catre client, intern si extern
  • Abilitati avansate de comunicare la toate nivelurile
  • Capacitatea de a respecta termenele si de a indeplini sarcinile la timp
  • Spirit de initiativa si capacitatea de a propune solutii pentru problemele ce tin de angajatii restaurantului
