HR Team Lead

Job Description

What will your role be?

  • Develop and update recruitment and talent retention programs.
  • Participate in the development of training, professional development, and employee motivation programs.
  • Create strategies for building corporate culture.
  • Develop strategies for internal events and manage their implementation.
  • Coordinate with external partners to prepare employment contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions, and termination orders.
  • Prepare various reports to track the effectiveness of HR processes.

Requirements
:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, driving results and maintaining high team morale.
  • Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives across the organization.

  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues, identify solutions, and implement strategies.
  • Skilled at conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to implement HR processes and manage large-scale projects.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Experience in using data and HR metrics to inform decisions.
