Commercial Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Commercial Manager,
for our client Amusnet, to drive business growth, build strong relationships with partners, and maximize revenue opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals

With over 300 captivating slots, engaging table games, and an immersive Live Casino studio, our portfolio is available on 2000+ operators' websites. Amusnet is operating in 35+ markets, with more added all the time, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gambling environment on different continents. The latest addition to our diverse portfolio is the launch of our premium Land-based vertical in February 2024. The role is
on-site
from the HQ in
Floreasca
area, District 1.

Work schedule:
M-F 9-6 p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the distribution of the company's casino content and drive revenue growth
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Proactively initiate and manage calls, meetings and follow-ups with partners to strengthen partnerships and explore new ventures
  • Create compelling, data-driven partnership proposals with strong focus on investment
  • Recommend and negotiate promotional campaigns and partnership agreements that align with business objectives
  • Set clear performance targets for new partners based on through evaluation and business case analysis
  • Build strong relationships with Senior Management and key stakeholders to align business strategies with company goals
  • Prepare detailed monthly report on partner performance, growth opportunities and market trends
  • Provide strategic market insights and recommendations to management, helping shape the company's commercial direction. Develop and implement business strategies aimed at achieving short-term gains and long-term success
  • Drive commercial targets and collaborate with internal teams to ensure objectives are met effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, corporate business development team environment, handling senior client-facing role
  • A degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a similar field
  • Previous experience in the online gambling industry is essential
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Extensive experience in managing all aspects of B2B communication and negotiation
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business partners and explore new opportunities
  • Energetic, driven, passionate about achieving business goals
  • Result-oriented personality, with strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
